She revisited her famous hits like Music, Like a Prayer and Vogue and presented us with her new single Give Me All Your Luving. And she was more Madonna than ever for 12 minutes.
She was also accompanied by LMFAO, C Lo Green, Nicki Minaj and MIA. The preformance was amazing... but let´s get to the new single which is an advance of her new
album.
Madonna, what the hell are you doing? The song is very catchy and will probably reach nª1 on all the charts, just due to that, not because of the quality, or the "originality" of the song, as it has usually been. What are you doing making music for teenagers when you are 52? It´s OK you dont look your age, but you don´t look like you are 25 either. Are you trying to steals fans from Lady Gaga, so young that they don´t even know who you are? Is that your strategy? That music is not Madonna style. Maybe I am confused, but trying to look like a teenager...makes you look absurd.
You can assume you will sell plenty of albums, but not as much as before. Madonna, you have been everything in the world of music for over 25 years. Why don't you keep on making good and current music, with quality, giving us somthing fresh and unexpected for those who already know you? You will be staying on our minds, and maybe you won´t reach Nº1, but maybe Nº 6 or 7. I dont think thats too bad.
After 2 failures, when everybody thought you wouldn´t be the same, in 1998 you came out with Ray of Light, that reached Nº1 something electronic and new for you that was extremely good. And the same in 2005 with Confessions on a Dancefloor. But with this? Let´s wait to listen to the complete album.
And by the way, What are you doing with those sluts in your video? You were like that (provocative) during your beginnings (and in a different way), but not now. Is it just beacuse now everyone features this type of stuff on their videos??
